Our compensation is typically structured as a commission or facilitation fee based on the transaction value. The specific fee structure varies depending on the complexity of the transaction, the commodities involved, and the services required. We discuss and agree on all fees upfront before beginning work on any transaction.

We operate globally with established networks in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Non-Sanctioned countries. Our network includes verified contacts in major commodity-producing and consuming markets worldwide.

Transaction timelines vary significantly depending on the commodity type, transaction size, parties involved, and complexity of requirements. A straightforward transaction might be completed in 4-8 weeks, while more complex deals could take several months. We work to move transactions forward as efficiently as possible while maintaining thorough due diligence and compliance procedures.

For buyers: commodity specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and timeline. For sellers: product availability, quality specifications, pricing parameters, and delivery capabilities. We also need basic company information, including registration details and business references, to begin our vetting process.

We typically work on a non-exclusive basis for initial engagements. However, once we invest significant time and resources in a specific transaction, we may request exclusivity for that particular deal to protect our investment. Terms are always discussed and agreed upon upfront.

Our vetting process includes verification of company registration and legal status, sanctions screening against international lists, assessment of financial capability and track record, verification of commodity access or requirement legitimacy, and reference checks with previous transaction parties. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
